The asado
Fire, time and tradition
Asado isn't a technique — it's a ritual of flavours, conversation and friendship.

An Argentine taberna on Calle Navas
We started out in 2021 on Calle Navas with one very simple idea: to bring you the honest, delicious home cooking of a real Argentine bodegón.
Carefully chosen Argentine and Spanish beef, homemade chimichurri, handmade empanadas, a curated wine selection and a grill that doesn't understand hurry. The rest — the talk, the sobremesa — you bring yourself.
If you're after formality, this isn't the place. If you love tables full of talk, toasts and good food, we're waiting for you.

02A little dictionary of Argentine cooking
The classics, explained
So you can order with confidence — or argue with authority.
01Entraña (skirt steak)
The cult cut of the asado, one of its most sought-after, and an Argentine favourite. Thin, tender and intensely flavoured. We cook it to whatever doneness you choose and serve it with our homemade chimichurri and our delicious potatoes. Also available XL for sharing.
02Bife de chorizo
Our sirloin — and no, there's no chorizo in it: the name is Argentine, the cut is pure beef. Premium Angus entrecôte, imported from Argentina. Just the right marbling, deep flavour, cooked exactly to your liking. Served with our homemade chimichurri and crispy fries.
03Chorizo criollo
Nothing like Spanish chorizo: a fresh, uncured beef-and-pork sausage seasoned with a blend of spices that lifts the flavour of the meat. Grilled slowly over the fire until the skin turns golden and lightly crisp, with a tender, flavour-packed inside. The heart of the choripán, and the opening act of any asado worth its name.
04Milanesa
Argentina's home dish par excellence: a generous fillet (beef or chicken) marinated in our tasty house recipe, breaded and fried golden. Enjoy it on its own or with one of our classic toppings. In its Napolitana version — tomato, ham, mozzarella and oregano — it's a religion.
05Provoleta
PDO Provolone cheese, oven-baked until it bubbles and turns golden, with crushed chilli and oregano. We also serve it with special toppings. Attack it with bread and no hesitation, before it cools.
06Chimichurri
Our national sauce par excellence: parsley, garlic, oregano and crushed chilli, in a base of sunflower oil and wine vinegar. Ours is homemade and nothing like the bottled stuff. It goes with everything: cuts of meat, fries, even our empanadas.
03The house
A corner of Argentina in the heart of Granada
A number 10 shirt, a photo of Diego at Napoli, a map of an Argentina of old, images of our most beloved artists and athletes and of the landscapes of our homeland.
Our dining room is a meeting point and a place of friendship for everyone, where we share flavours, conversation and the best of our country's music.
And since this is wonderful Granada, we also have a painted tile panel of the Virgen de la Misericordia (Our Lady of Mercy), a sun-drenched terrace, and an Alhambra just fifteen minutes away on foot.
