Chorizo criollo sizzling on the grill at Abra Pampa, Granada

Argentine Taberna · Calle Navas, Granada · Since 2021

The fireof the Pampas,in Granada

Grilled meats, hand-crimped empanadas and the same warm Argentine welcome as ever. On Calle Navas, where Granada sits down to eat for real.

01The taberna

We cook like our grandparents used to

Since 2021 we've been bringing the classic cuts to Calle Navas — entraña, bife de chorizo, chorizo criollo — treated with the respect they deserve: fire, coarse salt and patience. We make the milanesas right here. We crimp the empanadas one by one.

And the sobremesa — that long, unhurried stretch of talk once the plates are cleared — let it last as long as it needs to.
