What we measure without cookies
We count visits with Umami (on our own server in the European Union) and with Vercel Web Analytics. Neither stores anything on your device or identifies you: they only add up page views, language, screen type and clicks on buttons such as “Book” or the phone number. That is why they always run and don’t need your permission.
Cookies set only if you accept
We use the Google Ads tag to learn which ads end in a booking, a call or a visit. If you don’t accept, the tag isn’t even loaded. If you accept, it stores the following in your browser:

Third-party services on the site
The reservations page embeds DISH’s booking engine (reservation.dish.co). It is the service you use to book and runs under its own privacy policy, available at dish.co. Links to Google Maps, Instagram or TikTok open those services outside this site.
